Developer Kent Buie
For more than four decades, Mr. Buie has developed a broad skill set within the real estate industry. Generally acting as master developer of mixed-use projects requiring a spectrum of expertise in residential, retail, and office development, directing the acquisition of raw land, coordinating the entitlement process, providing oversight of development and construction, marketing, property management, and final disposition of developed projects throughout the Wasatch Range. Mr. Buie served as Vice President and President of the Murray Chamber of Commerce and President of the Utah Chapter of the National Association of Industrial and Office Parks (NAIOP).
